Mariah Is Back & Looks Great


Everyone has been talking about how insanely phenomenal Mimi looks (yes I call her Mimi) and it is true the woman looks fantastic. Somebody give me her personal trainer because apparently she's been in the gym working out. Of course I had to look for her exercise secrets. Mariah Carey revealed her secret for getting into shape - eating bland food and flying in a physical trainer from the Caribbean. "My secret is bleak diets, basically soups and fish prepared really blandly.” But she has no intention of taking her weight loss much further


Example Menu
Breakfast - A two-egg omelet with fruit and maybe a piece of bread if her weight is good. She knows how to balance her food intake with her activity level.
Lunch - Protein, such as fish, chicken or steak. Protein is good for the muscles, and you don’t feel hunger afterward.
Dinner - Protein and vegetables, such as swordfish and spinach. Nothing fried, but a little oil or butter is alright.
Snacks - Snacking is a big challenge. Snack on apple sauce or raw vegetables - something light.

Exercise: She follows a routine of aerobic exercises and uses an exercise bike. She also swims and has done her aerobics in a pool for added resistance. (Source: OK! Magazine)
