Victoria's Secret TOO SEXY?????

Victoria Secret will be changing its marketing strategy because the company feels that they have become too sexy. Some women feel that the company doesn’t cater to all body types that a woman portrays. "We have so much gotten off our heritage," CEO Sharen Jester Turney said in a conference call with analysts. Responding to the past year's weak sales and focus-group feedback, she said, "We will return to an ultra-feminine lingerie brand to meet (customer) needs and expectations."
The company’s catering to the younger generation a lot more since the success of their Pink line.
They’ve remodel stores expanding the size, added that gorgeous fuchsia pink and added lots of sexy images all around your shopping experience.
I get Victoria’s Secret sent to my house and my boyfriend grabs the magazine before I do. So much eye candy for the men and I just want to buy the clothes. LOL!

I think Victoria’s Secret is sexy and maybe it is a little too sexy but I do like it. I love the layout of the store I wish I owned it. Victoria Secret’s has beautiful, sexy items that make me use them when it comes to the basic essentials. I go there because I know I can find the right bra size and it will be very sexy. I don’t want a plain bra that has nothing going on I want it to be embellished with rhinestones, sequins or bold colors. That’s the fun part about shopping for these items. I understand that there are woman who just want a plain cotton black simple bra, or that can don't need all the sexy lace and beaded studs on the straps. Victoria’s Secret should do a line that caters to everyone or they should make a sister chain store called Victoria’s Secret Classic. This would be simple, less sexy and an average style for a modern woman. I think that would be something they could do and they will still be the biggest lingerie industry but with more billions.

What do you think about this transition?
