I love Lil Kim but who invited her to the CFDA Fashion Awards? I won't consider her a true Fashion expert but a true Daring stylish chick! 
She does hold herself well in this dress, her make-up looks flawless, the hair is gorgeous. Those shoes are very cute and a hit in my eyes. 
I guess she deserves to be there because she looked Fabulous!
