If you’re looking for fine glamour Designer Teresa Rosati knows how to add that sparkle and magic in her designs. Her runway collection at Nolcha Fashion Week in New York City was the highlighting effect. The crowd was amazed by each piece that ripped the runway floor and leaving many on the edge for more. Her collection featured trends in tulle, chiffon, feathers, jewels and a variety of cocktail looks that meets the eyes.
